Most of our styling products e.g.. bodykits are
made to order. At the point of sale, payment is normally required
in full. When ordering your items you will be advised of our estimated
delivery time. Delivery time can vary depending on what product
you have chosen and be anywhere between next day or up to eight
In the unlikely event of you experiencing any
fault with your product please let us know what the problem is and
we will endeavour to help, if the product is faulty please call
the office to inform us of this fault, we will give you a returns
reference number, once you have the reference number - return it
to us with a copy of the receipt and a concise explanation of the
problem and the action you wish us to take. Any mechanical parts
would be tested by the manufacturer supplied for their report. Exchange
or refund will then be subject to their findings.
Due to the bespoke nature of our business, goods
must carry a 25% handling charge. This is non-returnable in the
event of cancellation of the order.
- Items (and their packaging) are received in reasonable
condition, goods must be deemed as resalable.
- Items are returned with a copy of your original
invoice, reason of return and the action you require us to take.
- Items are returned to us within 14 days.
- Carriage costs incurred will be reimbursed depending
on reason of return (Copy of the receipt for the cost of the return
carriage will be required)
Carriage breakages must be reported on taking delivery,
please take 2 minutes of your time to actually open up the box and
remove the ordered item from all its packaging to make sure there
is no damage at all, if there is damage or there is anything you
are not sure about please sign for the goods "damaged"
when signing the courier slip. If you sign for it in good condition,
this will affect the success of any claim against the courier company
and could affect your replacement or refund.
Painted items will not be accepted for return, it
is your responsibility to ensure correct fitment before painting
commences. We will not be held responsible for any labour charges
incurred in the fitment of incorrect or faulty parts.
NOTE: Aftermarket Xenon Headlight Conversion can
not be approved for road use as automatic levelling and headlight
washing systems are required to meet ECE regulations.
